Our Mission
Over the past twenty years, Ms. Venus Yiu, founder of the Centre, has delivered psychological services to various healthcare institutions and private companies. As a passionate advocate for mindfulness, Venus firmly believes that mental well-being is the cornerstone of both individual and organizational growth. Venus loves sports, music, and art. She devoted herself to co-authoring a book on mindfulness for the HKPS Division of Clinical Psychology and producing local music to promote mindfulness to the general public, supporting community-wide mental health and well-being. Notably, this co-authored book was honored with the Top Ten Psychology & Self-Help Books Award at the Hong Kong Publishing Biennial Awards.
