Our Mission
At Seedling Heart Child Development Centre, our team is committed to providing professional and multidisciplinary assessment and follow up services. Through community education, we help children, parents and related professionals in handling children’s behavioral and emotional problems as well as special education needs. We help children cope with their behavioral disorders and boost their learning progress in order to develop positive learning experiences and social lives.
